Today I'd like to share a very berry salad recipe
I rec'd from my favorite Jersey Girl Chelle
Several years ago she moved to Florida to
look after her parents. She made this
salad recently. It was a big time hit with all.
Four Berry Spinach Salad
I forgot to include the walnuts in the ingredients photo.
I toasted walnuts and slivered almonds. What a delicious
salad.
it seems for this month we will have salad every day... that is tongue-art!!!! we totally love it...
ReplyDeleteHmmm. Super interesting. I wouldn't have thought of combining spinach and berries, but why not!

ReplyDeleteI ADORE spinach, so will be giving this a whirl (though maybe tweaking the dressing - I don't take lemon or orange juice but will use lime). YAM xx
