Wally the Dachshund from Drabble, finally reveals the answer to the age old question of
How a vertically challenged Dachshund can do the unimaginable.
As of this posting, I think we'll be on a wee local excursion tomorrow...
our 14 year old CR-V Goldie, that my husband drives, has been having a mechanical problem that
no one can seem to figure out. She has been in and out of the
Car-Vet. When coming to a stop, her engine revs up and she tries to lunge forward.
My husband has to immediately shift to neutral. He doesn't drive it every day; however,
when he does drive we need peace of mind he and all around him will be safe.
So it is time to retire Goldie she has been a good car. Back on Wednesday.
we love the sparks and we are so sorry for Goldie... as odd as it sounds, the car is family too ;O))
ReplyDeleteAlways good to start the week with Pooh and Piglet.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry Goldie has to be retired, but it is for the best before she causes an accident.

ReplyDeleteWhy does it always seem that cars break down whenever you least expect them to? They also tend to break down when your pocketbook is low.

Pooh is almost as good as Dr. Seuss at giving inspirational quotes. Good wishes on finding just the right vehicle. I would love a bright red car, but I drive too fast to be in something so conspicuous, LOL!
