Last Tuesday, October 6th, we took an early morning walk around Shelley Lake.
It was a beautiful fall morning and what a treat
We saw mist rising over the lake and a beautiful Great Blue Heron

We walked there 2 times last week.

I love to see the autumn mists on water, except when it comes up the river to us and then I can't see a thing! Sometimes it will last all day and is so dense you can't even see the garden out of the window.

Fog is kinda eerie. It caused a hundred car crash on the interstate near where I used to live quite a few years ago .
