Cute pups taking their owners shopping...pardon blurr
Seeing pups in stores makes me happy. Back when we were owned by
Toto the mighty mini Dachshund pups were not allowed to go out and about
like this.
All photos taken at Logan's Garden Center about 2 weeks ago.
We have not eaten at Seaboard since I took these photos...it has either been
raining or cold.
In honor of Nat'l Pizza day I will offer a repost of our first homemade pizza from
earlier this month.
oooooh pizzzzzzzaaaaaa count us in please!!! the mama always was an advocat for bringing pets to stores, but after she was at Tk Maxx with da Phenny she changed her mind completely hahahahaha
ReplyDeleteI think it is nice that pups are allowed in more stores - cats too. Fun! Thanks for rerunning the pizza recipe - Mom is going to make one soon too!

We have only eaten out once in nearly a year. That was when lock down was eased in the summer and we had lunch outdoors at a garden centre.
ReplyDeleteI, Molly, can't remember the last time I was inside a fun store! Happy National Pizza Day! Yours looks so yummy!

ReplyDeleteright, I know what I want for tea tonight... even though it's not even lunchtime yet! The idea of going out to eat is very foreign to me now - not done in almost exactly a year! YAM xx
I'd love your sauce recipe! We make at home pizza with Mama Mary's thin crust or original. I have been using Ragu Pizza Quick sauce but it seems to have gotten so salty. Your pizza looks fabulous! Hope you get to go to Seaboard this Saturday... love to hear what you get to eat :)
ReplyDeletelol...I couldn't take Country even if they allowed it. She didn't like people and would get this look that said "I'm gonna bite you". And, yes....she would try. Don't know how many times I would tell people don't try and pet her. She never connected...but wasn't for a lack of wanting to.
ReplyDeletethis will shock all of you, I don't like pets in stores. the pet store is ok, but other stores I say no. there are many people who do not like dogs or cats and also are allergic to them or afraid of them. Stores are for humans, eating outside at tables is ok, i also prefer people leave their little humans home, or gag them or tie them in a basket
ReplyDeletePups so love to shop! That pizza looks so yummy!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's a cute picture of the pup peeking at you from the owner's arms. We are cracking up over the last part of Sandra's comment and we agree about leaving the little humans home and gagging them. BOL!
ReplyDeleteThose pups are having fun. We want pizza!

Momma hasn't taken me because she says I'm more timid (I say I'm just cautious of potential serial killers), but she used to take Casey to places like Lowe's and Home Depot all the time because he loved the attention!
ReplyDeleteWe have a nearby open-air shopping mall, that caters to folks walking their dogs.
ReplyDeleteIt's always fun to see the doggos!
I can remember taking Angel Little Bit to the pet store. She loved to go and would pick out a toy every single time.
ReplyDeleteOh the pizza. We make our own too. I do the red pepper flakes in the sauce and it's gives it a kick. We have the same toppings as you. So delicious.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Big hug, honey. ♥
its too cold to go anywhere today! half way through the walk, Cinnamon was trying to walk on 2 legs! National Pizza Day! Now I know what to make for supper! Have an amazing day!
ReplyDeleteI see a lot of dogs in the local pet store. Pizza looks so good. XO
ReplyDeleteMY sweeties fav dinner is pizza! Thanks for the photos! Yummy!
ReplyDeleteThat pizza looks very yummy indeed!
ReplyDeleteI want pizza now!
ReplyDeleteKlem
Num!! What a fun way to make dinner!
ReplyDeleteSeems like a lot of smaller businesses are allowing pets. The dad guy has a garden center and he loves when people bring their dogs in.
ReplyDeleteShopping would be more fun if dog were allowed everywhere.
ReplyDeleteWe think dogs should be allowed everywhere, like in France (except where signs are on stores saying no dogs, phthh). It's species discrimination. Angel Lexi even got to go in a restaurant in Chattanooga when she was Toto! XOX Xena and Lucy
ReplyDeletePizza day? We are going to order some now! Dad did not get to the store for the dough due to cold
ReplyDeletepizza day....madi's mom we R sew total lee ther; even if we arrivez late !!!
ReplyDelete{ N wavez two ewe rudolph !! ~~~~~~~~~~ ☺☺♥♥
We had pizza last night and it was yummy! The boys have gone into pet stores but not in gardening or other stores.
ReplyDeleteThis is the right blog for anyone who wants to find out about this topic. You realize so much its almost hard to argue with you (not that I actually would want…HaHa). You definitely put a new spin on a topic thats been written about for years. Great stuff, just great!
