I call this sun painting. it amazes me how much difference it makes, when I sold and listed real estate in the 90's, there was no internet and we depended on books to show people a photo of the homes listed. the photographers always waited to take the photo when the sun was on the house, it was a marketig tool.

ReplyDeleteWhat a difference the sun makes. It brings the house to life.
ReplyDeleteOh that looks a lot better. Nice.
ReplyDeleteWhat a difference the sunshine makes☺
ReplyDeleteI like the lighting on the dreary day... the house just pops and the bushes look more green and lush. I just like moody pictures :)

ReplyDeleteEhm, shall I go against the grain here? I think it looks nicer in the first photo for some reason. Cosier.

Bertie (and Gail).
The sunshine is a happier picture but you can see more of the detail of the house without all the shadows so I like both pictures.
ReplyDeleteThings always look better in the sun.
ReplyDeleteWhat a difference some sunshine makes! I loves those windows! Bets those are great for cold weather.
