Awww Monday and Sparks

Dearest Auntie HiC

Mom stays busy all the time. 
Even when she isn’t physically active, her mind is racing. 😹
We've tried to show her that “productivity” needs to balanced with rest and relaxation.  
We demonstrate the relaxation technique regularly.





  Today, she decided to take our  advice
Dearest Feline Nephews, 
I love the demo!!  Well done Kat and Rocky are you two for hire...or better still maybe Auntie needs to take a road trip to your Hill

    Excellent demos from Rocky and Kat. Both Gail and I feel that "please pet me and bring me snacks" should be our motto for the day.

    when beau turns upside down, we know it means time to pet me. he doesn't sleep that way, it is a signal for us to get up and pet. he rather be petted than eat a snack, of course he loves snacks too... you both look beyond adorable and oh so relaxed... great demonstration...

    Kat and Rocky sure know how to relax. We love your new header too. BTW we dogs spend much of our day just like the cats so your "spark" could easily substitute dog for cat.

    Very hard to calm a busy mind! Love your Fall header... I always think about your glass pumpkins this time of year. Rocky and Kat know how to relax, cats have that concept down. Us peeps need to learn to "cat."
