Sparks in memory of Bertie

Bertie took us on so many adventures. *One of my favorites was back in 2013. He and Gail were on a train trip. While the train was stopped at Newcastle Station, Bertie decided he needed to stretch his legs. As soon as he saw an open door, he bounced out of the train.   As soon as his paws touched the platform, he took off at Mach WFT speed with Gail chasing him.

*This was my absolute favorite adventure

He  pawticipated in so many Blogville Events, even a Rodeo Clown

Image loving prepared by YAM-Aunty, it was taken in the gardens at Dunoon's Castle House, Scotland.  Bertie and Gail visited YAM many times over the last 12 years.

If my memory serves me correctly, I believe I recall Bertie telling me once
that his human Great Granddad was born in the same English village as

  3. Thank you so much for this touching tribute to dearest Bertie, and for sharing in,and enhancing, all the fun I had with him. I suspect that the 'Newcastle incident' was Bertie's favourite escapade too. It was certainly the closest I've ever come to a heart attack! And your memory serves you well and I love your Winnie the Pooh quote.
    Fondest hugs, Gail.
