Thanks to our
Dearest Auntie HiC
Our mom has been dealing with sciatica for the past 2 weeks.
She’s had steroid shot, oral steroids, pain meds, and muscle relaxers, which rendered her incapacitated. 😞
She has an MRI scheduled for April 8th...we sure do hope there will be a cancellation so she can go before then.
She’s depressed from the relentless pain and inability to be active.
Dad is head nurse and chef. She says we’re the best meds!
Please keep her in your thoughts.
❤️ Kat, Pup, & Rocky
Dearest nephews!
Please tell your sweet mom I continue to send purrs and healing thoughts to her. A screaming sciatica is quite painful and unfortunately it raises its ugly head without warning.
You furries and your Dad are the best medicine for boosting her spirits. Each of you have the purrfect place to be super duper quick to help and soothe her aches. Auntie certainly hopes there will be a cancellation at the imaging facility…so she can get in lickety split.
Thank you for taking such good care of her!!!!!
Lovingly your Auntie HiC
Dear Pup, we do hope your mom can soon say good riddance to that horrid sciatica. We need our humans fully fit and pain free.
ReplyDeleteToodle-oo!
Nobby (whose human is thankful her body is so far holding up to the demands of living with a nine week old puppy...)
I know all too well what she is dealing with...be well and pain free soon!!
ReplyDeleteI hope Kat, Pup and Rocky's mum can soon get her scan and get some good pain relief. Constant pain is no fun!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds awful and not being able to get in for tests in really terrible. It's amazing how long they let people wait these days.

ReplyDeleteMom had that once and it was the worst pain other than child birth she has experienced. And the doctor wouldn't give pain reliever. He did prescribe physical therapy- and it worked after a time. That pain stays 7/24 and there is no escape from it. Nerve pain such as sciatca is the worst.
ReplyDeleteso sorry your mom is in pain, i have dealt with that in the past and it is totally debilitating. Glad you are all three there for comfort for her and that dad is taking great care of her. prayers for a cancelation to come quickly
