Thank you to our
Dearest Auntie HiC
Guess what? The ivy (which deer devoured early this year) has come back.
The rambling rose has been beautiful this year.
We had chickadees nesting in the clay birdhouse. 💕
Mom loves “piddling” (working) in the yard, and we enjoy snoopervising her piddling! 😹
❤️ Kat, Pup & Rocky
Dearest Nephews,
OMD/OMCs....I love x 10,0000 your gazebo and the returning ivy! It is so green and the pink flowers so pretty peeping thru.
Pup you have your paws full snoopervising Mom and making sure the feline bros are happy too.
BUT no worries you are DA Boss Man for DA job. Thank you for the beautiful photos of your out of doors oasis.
Lovingly Auntie HiC
Dear Kat, Pup and Rocky, we love your rambling rose and commend your mom's hard work in the yard, but Gail and I think she should know that, in the UK at least, 'piddling' is one of the many terms we use for 'going for a pee'...
ReplyDeleteToodle-oo!
Nobby.

DeleteLOL - yes, I did a double0-take when I saw that word use, where I might instead have said 'pottering'... Always Remember. YAM xx
My first thought about the piddling was the same as Nobby! The garden looks lovely and green.
ReplyDeleteI like to piddle too!
ReplyDeleteHappy memorial day!
I'm glad your Mom has thought of a way for all of you to go out with her.
ReplyDeleteYour mom's garden looks beautiful, Pup, and we love the gazebo! My mother-in-law used to say piddling all the time.
ReplyDeleteI say fiddling not piddling and certainly not pottering. LOL love that ivy and the three guards. so happy to see them when they visit. Da Phenny and Da Nelly are FINE! They have no Internet.
ReplyDeleteCelebrating this day remembering those that lost their lives fighting for our country. Love your red poppy.
ReplyDeleteWe are piddlers, too. I piddle around all morning stalling on starting the day. I am not a morning person!
A huge thank you for those that gave their all for our freedoms.
ReplyDeleteOh the beautiful garden and gazebo. Beautiful and then there are the furbabes and they are even more beautiful.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week, my friend. Big hugs. ♥
I am thankful to all who served. Beautiful gazebo. XO
ReplyDeleteMany lost their lives in service to their country/our country. This weekend is to honor and remember them. I'm always surprised by the numbers of people who wish people a Happy Memorial Day. I think they don't understand it's not a happy occasion. It's a serious and solemn one to honor those that have lost their lives. Veterans Day is for those living who served. The two days get sorta lumped together. Your sunglass pineapple made me smile. The garden looks wonderful
ReplyDeleteWonderful tribute to our military ~ and sweet photos of your sweet kitties and handsome doggie ! Xo
ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, laughter, and love in your days,

ReplyDeleteThe pineapple makes me think of veteran's of the Pacific Wars.
ReplyDeleteThat is such a wonderful supervising crew. Memorial Day is special, We will always remember our heroes.
ReplyDeleteI need a catnip ring on my carrier when I go on road trips!
