Nature and Feline Friday with Rocky

Nature Friday host LLB Gang  and Feline Friday  host Comedy Plus

Mom and Rocky recently sent me this photo
with this email.

But the company is good!
Rocky likes my new book, Floating Twigs, about a boy and his dog. 😻

😴😴😴😴

Auntie sends lots of soft kitty, sweet kitty purr, purr, purrs to you both.
Lovingly
Auntie HiC

Now that I've had a nap I'd like to tell our friends what
Mom and I are currently reading Floating Twigs by Charles Tabb.

It’s a story about a young boy, Jack,  and his 3-legged dog, Bones.
********************
I’m enjoying the book, but preferred the book we read earlier this week,
Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens.

What are our friends reading?
It is so hot in Georgia we are staying inside reading.
We would love love suggestions, any genre. Thanks❣️

❤️ Rocky

  2. It was too hot to sleep here last night too! Every time we have a hot spell Ivor says he is getting air conditioning, then it goes back to our usual cooler weather and he forgets all about it.

  3. I have to tell you that Gail's book group read that Crawdads book a while ago and she was the only one who didn't absolutely adore it.
Meanwhile, no time for books here with YAM-aunty, I am too busy being Nice Nobby. Well mostly..

  8. Wonderful colors of nature, for sure. Thank you, Cecilia (and Bryan, of course) for your very thoughtful words of condolence as we try to get used to just the two of us again. Cleo's mom and I appreciate your kindness and understanding.

  12. Oh no, I hate those sleepless nights, but when you have them having a buddy to share them with you makes it so much better. He's so handsome.

Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.

Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Big hug. ♥

  17. Read CRAWDADS when it first came out and loved it (hope tinsel-town doesn't destroy it if made into a film!!) ... now reading Saving Grace by Kirsten Powers. Hard to read tho, as the only time June is really interested in my lap is when it has an open book on it ... tried a Kindle, but am the old "paper, hardcover in my paws" kind of girl.

  20. 2AM? Yipes! I know what that's like when I had to work overtime until 3AM. So glad I don't have to do that any more! Hope you all catch up on your sleep.

  22. Rocky is so cure and sweet - we bet he and Mom sleep very well when he is around. Our crepe myrtle was just starting to blossom when the very behind schedule shrub trimmers finally arrived and cut them back. Oh well, the other shrubs really needed trimming.
