  1. Living so close to Dartmoor and all the heather, we have a lot of local bee keepers, and the honey is delicious.

  2. Our bees have been gone since 2020 but this week the powderpuff bus has over 100 blooms on it and each bloom had a resident bee.. seems they are back. I have to go now and wipe the drool off the keyboard that fell there when I read honey on a warm yeast roll

  3. We know nothing about bees except that they sting. Mom doesn't like honey, so we never think much about it but that must be good stuff since it is fresh, if you like honey.

Nothing quite beats eating the honey straight from the hive... or as near to it as possible! YAM xx

  5. We have a Japanese Maple in our front yard and when spring arrives so do the bees. Lots of them and we always go to the tree to watch them work. We love the bees. They make us happy too.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Big hug, my friend. ♥

  6. This is one food I can live without. Honey. As for bees & their stings...ER. But pollination is good. 🐝

  11. We are big supporters of bees in our yard. We NEVER put pesticides on our lawn. We also try to encourage the growth of "weeds" like clover in the lawn which the bees like (much to the lawn service peoples' dismay.)

  12. It's good to hear the bees are busy... busy bees are HAPPY bees! The honey on the warm yeast roll got me too!

  13. It must be nice to get fresh honey. Mom says she has never really acquired a taste for it though. She says give her real butter on her toast and bagel any day. And no honey in her tea either:)
