Extra happy today is haircut day. April was a very very wet month. All the humidity makes for not so happy Hair.
These are a few photos taken while waiting for our hair cuts last month.
This is a happy hair salon!!
From our seats in the lobby there is so much to see.
The phone booth is where the clean towels are stored.
Looking forward is a big mirror that is actually deceiving. It looks like a cut out in the wall.

I love the idea withusing a phone box as a laundry bucket, that is genius!!! and I love that we can go to the hair place now without masks and protection suits and whatnot...

ReplyDeletewhat a beautiful salon. I did think that was a cut out in the wall and that pictures is AMAZING! it is getting harder and harder for bob to cut my hair and I can't decide what I am going to do. I thought about a barber shop but I don't think they exist anymore,

ReplyDeleteLooks like a nice place. Mom doesn't like summer for many reasons and the humidity/what it does to hair, is one of them. Hope the haircut went well.

ReplyDeleteThat does look like a happy place to get your hair done. We thought that was a cut out on the wall until you told us it was a mirror.
ReplyDeleteSuper salon style (the phone booth looks British!) ... we used to drive an "hour" each way to get the cut we wanted; it has taken nearly 3-years to find the right place here in Baltimore! But when you do, it's heaven!
