  2. My dad says he can watch such things for hours on end. He's quite simple, I know.

  3. each time I see the monkeys in the trees, I wonder just how they do it without harm to themselves and to the things below. They do it well and we are thankful they do since we have had 3 trees removed safely on our property in the past few years. I see you were far enough away to be safe from falling branches

  4. For a split second I thought you were talking about a real monkey, i.e. a primate. LOL. We have tree cutting and tree trimming services here, of course, but I don't think I've ever seen anything that tall, short of a construction crane.

  5. You know Jerry is on the Tree and Gutter committee for our HOA and he is fascinated by all things tree and so am I. I could not find the tree monkey and you know I wanted to. Jerry just finished the week up with the other guys snoopervising the trimming/cleaning up of our Oaks and Shady Lady trees damaged by Hurricane Ian. You find the best things on your EMWs!

  7. Wherever I have lived, if a tree-monkey is at work, cannot help but be a "watcher" ... amazing work they do!

  10. We always enjoy watching the tree monkeys when they do work around our house too. With all the ash trees dying we've had plenty of opportunity to see them in action.

  14. Our Mom would have made a tree monkey. She loved climbing trees when she was a kid, and would sit for hours in the one in the back yard.
