Thoroughly Poetic Thursday #119

Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy

Here is today's inspiration

It reminded me of our daughter's first birthday, thankfully not quite a messy

Kit thanks you all for your kind birthday wishes.  She had a very nice bday at her favorite place in Colorado.

  8. A cute poem for a cute picture and a wonderful memory of your girl on her first birthday. I have a picture of myself after my parents gave me some chocolate pudding. It was all over the highchair and all over me. LOL!

  13. We had a tradition that every one of the 4 siblings got a big piece of cake with icing that they could eat all by themselves on their first birthday. We had some huge messes, but nothing like the chocolate syrup all over the floor!
