Awww Monday and Sparks

 Thank you to our

Who remembers singing

“I’m a Little Teapot”

It was released in 1939 written by  George Harry Sanders and Clarence Kelly

I’m a little teapot
Short and stout
Here is my handle
(one hand on hip)
Here is my spout
(other arm out straight)

When I get all steamed up
Hear me shout
“Tip me over
and pour me out!”
(lean over toward spout)

I’m a clever teapot,
Yes it’s true
Here let me show you
What I can do
I can change my handle
And my spout
(switch arm positions)
Just tip me over and pour me out!
(lean over toward spout)

Today we are taking a short trip to Creedmoor, NC to see

the National Teapot Exhibit click HERE to read about it

  8. that song will be in my head for days or maybe weeks. I worked in my aunts day care for 10 years, this song was sung all day every day, i worked with 2 and 3 year old. Teapot and The wheels on the bus, were their favorites.
I am not a tea drinker, but I would love to see all those beautiful teapot works of art.
