Symmetry Saturday

Taken November 10, 2024, on an EMW around Lead Mine Lake
more photos to come.

In early October, we made arrangements with Tri-City Painting to do some
interior painting. We thought maybe late November to early December.
On Thursday November 14, at 9 am the painter called to ask if he could start painting
the guest bathroom and the laundry area.  Well of course when a painter
wants to come is it fine.  Neither of those areas required much prep on our part.

Today, November 16, while you enjoy this peaceful photo, he will be painting the office/exercise/craft room at 9am
He will be finished by early afternoon.

Good news is all the painting will be completed by the end of next week.

I  will read blogs from my iPad today. I have to type with one finger on my iPad so I won't be leaving any comments.  I will catch up with you all on Sunday.

Wow, the place will fell like new! Don't worry about comments. I know that I am more selective and much briefer with comments when I have to operate from the Gopika (phone) - and that is way more often now that I'm in the van. I sometimes feel a bit mean about it, but I just can't stand the small screen and constantly having to retype because I have sausage fingers! On the standard keyboard, I'm like lightening... YAM xx

  2. It is always good when a tradesman rings to say he can start earlier than expected, therefore finishing earlier. Usually it is some excuse that they are behind schedule. I am the same trying to type on my cell phone and always putting in the wrong letters!

  4. Good luck with the painting! I hope he does a good job of it. I feel for you, though, having to move things out of the way and cover the rest! 😁🤞

  5. I'm probably going to have to fire my painter (lol...aka the Redneck) he is quite behind on getting finished with a few projects around here.

  6. That's a beautiful photo looking out over the river. It's nice to get the painting done by someone else other than yourself. Much less work involved, LOL

  7. How wonderful. All those rooms getting a fresh new coat of paint for the holidays. My house needs painted so bad. It's been way too long since any of the rooms have been painted.

  9. We hope your painter does a great job and doesn't make any messes for you to clean up later. That looks like a great spot to hang out and watch nature.

  11. Great Shot! Mom is a little envious...she was going to start finishing the painting she started last summer, the week she had her fall...I guess that means no paining will get done until next summer here! Keep being awesome! Marvelous Marv
