It is, I, Rocky reporting to you from Willow Beach Campground, (one of our favorites), on the Arkansas River, south of Little Rock. The campground was packed when we arrived, as this was a prime location for the recent solar eclipse. 

We arrived on April 9th to rain to find this  area has received *copious (I bet you didn't know I knew a *$5.00 word!! I am smarter than the average cat) amounts of rain with flooding recently & it’s pouring today. April 10th.

It’s a great R&R Day: Raining & Relaxing!

 Lots of birds & water fowl to keep me entertained.

we said in unison 

We were in a panic

our plans for a picnic were not to be.

We had a beautiful sunset on April 6 in Hoover, Alabama.

This was our first sleep on the road.  I bet we have tons more 

Just after Mom took this photo, she turned to see 

Dad and I glowing in the sunset and OMCs we have matching whiskers.

FYI Dad gives the bestest head rubs in the entire world.

PS just so you all aren't confuesed these photos were sent just a few days before I, Kat, Rocky and Mom and Dad headed west for our annual trip to Colorado...we are in our wheelie house and the wheels are going 'round and 'round.

We will be sending Auntie updates from the road.

Dearest Auntie HiC as you know, we left Georgia on April 6th for our annual RV trip to Colorado

We suspected something was going on because the Peeps have been hauling everything we own (except the kitchen sink) out to the RV. 😹

We went out to check the progress, and guess what? They had removed the huge, ugly dining booth & replaced it with a drop leaf table, 2 folding chairs, & a brand new cat tree! 🙀

Everything is bolted to the floor, except the chairs, which will fit behind recliners while traveling. Also, we’re not allowed on the table or cat tree while RV is moving. We’re comfy & safe traveling in our crates. 😻

We four think we’re going to like the new set up. We’ll keep in touch on down the road.
