Madi: How I spend my free time

Mom, here I am up here.
No I'm busy reading I can't come play with you now

Ok now Mom is gone I can do what I really want to do, take a nap. The book will keep my head at just the right angle to see Mom when she comes around the corner again.

  1. remember Madi, knowledge is power.
The more you read, the more tricks you can play on your mom.

  2. I always think it is funny when kitties like to use hard objects (books, shoes, the floor) for sleeping on. I guess that it works like a pillow but a hard pillow doesn't sound too fun. I guess kitties don't need the nice squishy type like us people do!

Have a wonderful weekend Madi - and your mom too!!

  4. A good prop to keep an eye on Mom, Madi!!
Ah yes, we need our beauty naps! Some times I take them on my couch and some times up on the bed, when they're not looking, or they've abandon me!!
I prefer ALL of the pillows!

  7. You are SO adorable Madi!!! ANd, our mommy ALWAYS falls asleep reading. She looks funny too especially since she's sleeping and still holding the book like she's reading it. Dad always LOL's at her for that! We hope you have a GRRR-8 weekend!

    Good one!
My mom says she used to do that when she was a little girl and my grandparents came to check if she was studying! Haaa!
