Madi: Mom says I'm being mouthy....

Since I've turned 8,
and had all of the birthday attention, cards, gifts and special treats from my friends
...Mom has accused me of being a little mouthy.
Quite frankly I have no clue what she is talking about....but I keep
hearing mumblings about if I don't straighten up and fly right
that she is going to call the 'authorities'.
I politely said, "excuse me Mom but I don't know how to fly".
She said see that is what I'm talking about you are mouthy....

Well I guess maybe I better start walking the straight and narrow because look who
was sitting outside our house on Saturday......
Raleigh's Finest.....

Woe be unto me she must be serious. I wonder if he has 2 sets of handcuffs for
kitties or will he handcuff my front paws and make me walk down the hill on my hind legs?

Note from Mom: SHHHHH!!! Don't tell Madi but I did not call the police on her 'YET'.
Thankfully Raleigh's Finest were set up here to catch the speed demons whipping through the
neighborhood.

  1. Haha! Tell mom, you'd be less mouthy if your mouth was occupied with treats more often!

  5. Speed demons can be very dangerous! We have them in our neighborhood sometimes.

Madi, that's a cute pic of you being mouthy!

  6. But I thoughts kittehs were SUPPOSED to be mouthy! Cap'n Ripley sure is. Whoowee...you should HEAR some of the stuffs he says sometimes. But if your mom says you shouldn't be mouthy, you'd better listen to her. I don't wants to see you on the tv in some sort of high-speed chase through the neighborhood!

  7. MAdi,
Bt the time you turn 8 you can do what you want. She wont call the cops cuz she is to in love with you by now, My familys old dog was perfect until he turned 8 and then realized he wanted to do what he wanted when he wanted. He used to stay right in the yard, NEVER leave it and when he turned 8, he thought that the whole block was his yard, so he got leashed up after that. I hear that too and flying right, what are they thinking???

  9. Madi--Be patient with your mom. Obviously, she is just not ready to handle your needs yet, but she can be trained! Just be patient. She is, after all, only human.

  18. Close call Madi! They just can't take a beautiful diva like you to the CAGE! It just would not be right! Today has been interesting....Beth is "spring housecleaning" and all of a sudden she hollered and this big heavy glass thing had fallen off the top shelf on her big toe! SO Dr. Remington had to come to the rescue! She said it was broke but I ASSURED her it was just bruised....what would she do with out me....

  19. We are glad your mum didn't really call the police for you. If she had, we would have sent you a nip cake with a file in it to get you out of jail.

  20. HI Madi!

I can't imagine you being mouthy!
    Not dear sweet Madi.
But you know you're right, you can't fly. I wonder why your Mom wanted to fly right, when you can't even fly left or center? I don't know, we all have to worry about our Mom's sometimes...and don't let that policeman scare you, you can run faster than he can.

  25. Hi Madster,

Our mom's just don't understand what we are trying to tell them! I have been trying to tell mom our plan too but she doesn't seem to know what I am saying.

All you and I want is to use their cell phones so we can meow to each other and all of our other animal friends. Maybe a cat-ference between you, me, Kareltje and everybody! MOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Meow,
    Cindi Lou
