Now that I'm 9 Part II

If you missed Part I of Now that I'm 9 click here

On today's tour BEHIND The Tan Door we'll see some very
interesting things I've never seen Mom use tools* Mom says she uses.

MOM TOLD ME THIS IS HER SEWING CHEST.
HOWEVER, I THINK IT MAKES A PURRFECT
PLACE ON WHICH TO STRUT MY LADY CAT STUFF....

THIS IS MOM'S IRON.  I THINK SHE HAS FORGOTTEN HOW TO USE IT. MAYBE IF I FIND THE IRONING BOARD
SHE'LL USE IT MORE OFTEN.  DAD'S SHIRTS ARE
LOOKING VERY WRINKLED.

HEY DAD I FOUND THE IRONING BOARD MOM
NO LONGER HAS AN EXCUSE FOR NOT IRONING.

THIS PICTURE IS TO SHOW YOU THE SLANTED CEILINGS
IN THIS ROOM.  THEY MAKE IT VERY HARD TO CALCULATE THE EXACT FORCE I NEED FOR TAKE OFF AND LANDING.  THE FILE CABINET IS MY FINAL DESTINATION...THAT IS ONCE I DECIDE HOW TO LAND
ON IT WITHOUT GETTING A CONCUSSION.

TOUR BEHIND THE TAN DOOR

  2. Oh my goodness Madi, now your Mom is going to have to find another hiding place for the iron and ironing board. So far Miss Cindi hasn't found where I hide mine.

That looks like a fun room to explore, we can't wait to see more.

  9. My mom has a fabric chest - it's filled with all these cool fabrics that she is "going to do something with some day". Papa is forever saying, can't we throw this out, you haven't opened it in years. Mom insists that some day she will use these fabrics for something! We will see ...

  17. Madi--- Mom is retired!!!!! She doesn't have to iron unless she wants too and who wants too??
I am Roy Orbison's ## 1 fan. He wrote Pretty Woman for his first and second wife Claudette!! He wrote most all the songs you can hear him sing about her. She was his first love and she was beautiful and unfaithful to him but he kept coming back to her. In his second marriage to him she died in his arms after a motorcycle accident.

  21. Oh my gosh my sweet Madi! Our house used to be a two story house but someone burned down the top story so they just lowered down the roof but left enough space for a wonderful craftroom for M.O.M. And it has strange slanted ceilings too! M.O.M. says she is still trying to remember not to hit her head anymore!!! And she loves it up there cause she can listen to the rain on the roof while she is beading. She says it is wonderful music to her.
Hugs and wags,Mistaya, Maggie and Gail M.O.M.
    PS....we don't iron either!!
