Thursday Tale with a Happy Ending....

WE ARE SAD TO TELL YOU HARLEY...MY HUMAN
SIS and BIL's  SWEET KITTY PASSED AWAY UNEXPECTEDLY LAST WEEK of a ruptured bowel.
We think Harley looks very angelic in this photo....
He was a very special boy...we nearly lost him 4 years ago
so we feel blessed to have had 4 extra special years with him.  Run free and happy sweet boy you were well loved and you loved well.
Harley ate special food for his IBD and took insulin twice a day and lots of other special meds all purchased from the drug store. My SIS and BIL went to their local animal shelter to see if the shelter would, per chance, be able to use any of the medicine or the food.   We knew it was just a matter of time before another kitty would come to live with my Sis and BIL's heart.  They have 87 tons of love to give a kitty.  Harley paved a path of gold to their hearts just waiting for the right kitty to find it. Lo and behold while they were at the animal shelter they took a gaze into the kitty room.
Two kitties caught their eye....but lo and behold this one
lassoed their hearts....  Sis and BIL say he has the loudest purr
and loves laps and well as you can see he is adorable.... and smart too.
Introducing.......

He was born March 20, 2015
My sis has had 2 Cornish Rex kitties for a total of 22 years.
She said a long time ago she decided her next kitty would be a
rescue!! To Frisco I say...boy oh boy are you a lucky kitty you landed in the arms and hearts of two very special people who will  give you 87 tons of unconditional love furever and ever.
Hugs Madi your Aunty give me a buzz if you need any advice
on how to handle your new peeps.  I have some secrets!!

Side note from Mom:  The shelter Frisco was in was a kill shelter.
There was a 72 hr hold on his cage because he was such a sweet kitty.  They saved his life but he saved them from lots of lonely nights.  Win-Win
My furend Brian says it best

  4. We are so sorry to hear of Harley's passing :-( We just know there were a ton of Blogville friends all waiting to greet him at the Rainbow Bridge.

A BIG, WARM AROOOOOO and WELCOME to Frisco!! Mom instantly fell in love with him, she says he looks just like her first kitty, Pipp. Pipp was the absolute love of her and our Grandpa's life way, way back before we were even a twinkle in her eye.

He looks like a carbon copy of my baby brother Dr. Watson who is 14 months. Mom and Dad got him 3-4 months ago from the SPCA. I think they miss named him, it should be Dennis the menace. Again sorry for the loss of Harley, but congrats on the arrival of Frisco. Have a wonderful day!!!
