Plates and tasty dishes

TASTY dish
3 ingredient biscuits recipe at the bottom
We especially liked them because they are bite size and
we can eat more.

Recipe:
3 ingredient biscuits
1- 8oz package of canned biscuits
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons of crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Cut biscuits into quarters, arrange in two 8" round baking dishes.
Melt together the butter and blue cheese. Pour over biscuits in
both dishes.  Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
(NOTE:  Mom does not like blue cheese but she likes theses biscuits, the flavor is not that strong).  They are really tasty
too!!

  1. The biscuits sound tasty, and I do love blue cheese. I have never seen biscuits in a can before in the UK, but will have to look again in the fridge aisles where the pastry is kept. #15 must be Not Earl's car!

  2. I love US style biscuits but you never see them in the UK, in a tin or otherwise. The closest thing we have is a scone. But luckily I saved a recipe from my time in Oklahoma!
Cheers, Gail (in Valencia, Spain, home tomorrow).

  11. Our mom saw a good plate the other day. And can she remember it? No. We'll try to help her!
    Cammie!
PS: Oh. The remodel. AKA "The Remodel From He##". They are at the "need to rip it out and start over" stage. Everything. Well, not the toilet. And we think the mirrors and light fixtures are OK. Everything else ... no. They're going to have a different crew this time; Mom and Dad made it clear the guy who was here for 6 weeks screwing everything up is not welcome in our house. It's a big, fat mess.

  19. Those biscuits look super yummy! The plate that says ODINSON probably means the son of Odin, the Norse god. My Joanna human has a lot of pagan friends and enjoys going to some of their festivals.

  20. We both love biscuits, but neither of us like blue cheese. I'd have to swap something in it's place.
