Crepe Myrtles and Black-eyed Susans thriving in the heat.
Flash back with Angel Madi
12 1/2 year Senior Kitty Check up
Thankfully the entire visit over in no time...(report at the end)
but when I got home I noticed my white chest was wet
from where their stole my blood and it smelled disgusting...
I had to lick and lick and lick
I thought my tongue was going to fall out!!
Still cleaning vet cooties off 3 hours
after her appt. Madi does not like unapproved odors on her furs!!
What would want to smell of the vet?
ReplyDeleteGood to see Madi was thorough in her deodorising routine.
Toodle-oo!

ReplyDeleteLovely street scene - and wonderfurs flashback! YAM xx
The vet place always gives a bad smell to the furs. Even us dogs don't like it.
ReplyDeleteMadi you are lucky they didn't steal a it of your furs before they stole the blood. We understand about the smell yuck yuck yuck.
ReplyDeleteAngel Madi, my own angels understand perfectly about the hard work needed to get the awful vet smell off. You must have been exhausted after that!
ReplyDeleteAngel Madi, we know your high standards of keeping beautiful and clean! You have the most beautiful of furs.
ReplyDeleteI am happy for those peeps that have their landscaping thriving in the heat. Our bushes are dying despite watering early every morning :( Their yard is beautiful.
Well, the roofers are really who killed them when they covered them with a tarp in 112 degree feels like temps for 5 hours. Somebody save me!
Get it off, get it off, that is what Madi was saying. wow on the 3 hour lick fest. I wish I had the crepe myrtile and flowers or either one. I would pick a few and put them on the kitchen table
ReplyDeleteI love crepe myrtles, don't have any black eyed susans. Need them though. Oh Madi, when the dang vampire nurse at the doctors office stuck me, she got a warning. You get one try.
ReplyDeleteLovely nature photo of plants surviving the heat ~ Angel Madi was so adorable and precious ~ great photos of her
ReplyDeleteHugs to Angel Madi ~ Xo

ReplyDeleteWow, we have never seen crepe myrtle that big!!! They look like trees. Ours are more shrublike. so pretty.
ReplyDeleteWe loved seeing Madi. We don't like when our furs are wet from that darn needle either. And when one of us goes to the vet, the other two give us a good sniff all over when we get home.
Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber

ReplyDeleteAngel Madi always makes us smile.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad your crepe myrtles are doing so well. Ours had a slow start as it is so dry here.
ReplyDeleteI don't blame Angel Madi for being upset about vet odor. It often freaks cats out.
