  1. Well that's an interesting garden. Kind of neat the way it's bordered by taller grass.

  4. A lovely display of greenery. The pampas grass makes a fitting flourish within that arrangement.

  6. That's impressive! Now I want to see the rest of it!

Sometimes I walk up people's driveways to take floral pics, and if they come out, compliment them on their gardening skills, which usually leads to a chat. 🙂

    1. Man, I have had people get mad at me. Challenging till I show they the camera roll of nothing but flowers. THEN they may chat.

  9. I love this, I am a huge fan of grasses, and you know how much I love my elephant ears in the back yard, the drought killed them, but all this rain has about 10 of them about 18 inches high and growing. our county is flooded but not us and the yard is growing like weeds grow.. we are happy to report 2 days of no rain. woo hoo.

  12. It's so good to see your September header... hoping September does not scream by. I want to enjoy it with no hurricanes. Angel Madi looks very comfortable in the wheelbarrow. That is an interesting garden bed... maybe for privacy or just for pretty.
    Good job on the steps!

  16. Lovely garden (decent walk too) - are those plants what we call taro (yam) in the Pacific?

  17. Congrats on the good walking. We are excited for this cooler weather so maybe we can get Mom to go a little further or go a second time:). Those are giant leaves on that plant!!!
