Many years ago, I took a Macrame class...this was one of the projects.
I also made a Christmas wreath (I think I still have it maybe I can find it when we get our Christmas Decorations out) and a Ghost.
Not sure what happened to the
Ghost.
I guess it disappeared. BOL MOL LOL
HOOTIE
Hootie hangs on the inside of the guest closet door.

I love Hootie! You're certainly talented with all these crafts!
ReplyDeleteAs an aside, I love owls, have a collection of small owl stuffies on a book shelf and have some owl art cards framed, on display. 🦉
Hootie is a cutie!
ReplyDeleteHari Om
ReplyDeleteOh, don't you think it's time Hootie came out of the closet?!! He's gawjuss. Hugs and wags YAM-aunty xxx
How absolutely clever. I did macrame years ago but it was only to make flower pot holders to hang from the ceiling. Think back to that and no one has anything like that today, it would look too funny.
ReplyDeleteOh I like it. My daughter and I were at a craft show yesterday. There was a booth that had a bunch of macrame things. I told her that macrame was one of the few things that I've never tried to do.
ReplyDeleteBravo Yamini! You said it best ...!
ReplyDeleteThat owl is so cute! I agree that Hootie should be seen outside the closet.
ReplyDeleteHe's a cutie! Give him free roam of the house! Where's Hootie?
ReplyDeleteI use to love to do macramé, but never did anything that complicated.
ReplyDeleteI wrote this whole comment and not a word showed up. Condensing to say I never learned any needlecraft of any sort. No Mom to teach me. Well, embroidery..the good kind, not cross stitch. This say anonymous...it's Katie Isabella. Don't know what happened.
ReplyDeleteI remember macrame, it was fun. I'd love to have time to do such things again.
ReplyDeleteI like your owl very much.
That is a very cute hoot. I think my Mom took the same class, we still have the Santa she made.
ReplyDeleteMacrame. I vaguely remember that. Great job on Hootie!
