Sunday Selfie: Look WHO

Many years ago, I took a Macrame class...this was one of the projects.
I also made a Christmas wreath (I think I still have it maybe I can find it when we get our Christmas Decorations out) and a Ghost.
Not sure what happened to the
Ghost.
I guess it disappeared. BOL MOL LOL

HOOTIE

Hootie hangs on the inside of the guest closet door.

  1. I love Hootie! You're certainly talented with all these crafts!

As an aside, I love owls, have a collection of small owl stuffies on a book shelf and have some owl art cards framed, on display. 🦉

  3. How absolutely clever. I did macrame years ago but it was only to make flower pot holders to hang from the ceiling. Think back to that and no one has anything like that today, it would look too funny.

  4. Oh I like it. My daughter and I were at a craft show yesterday. There was a booth that had a bunch of macrame things. I told her that macrame was one of the few things that I've never tried to do.

  6. That owl is so cute! I agree that Hootie should be seen outside the closet.

  8. I use to love to do macramé, but never did anything that complicated.

  9. I wrote this whole comment and not a word showed up. Condensing to say I never learned any needlecraft of any sort. No Mom to teach me. Well, embroidery..the good kind, not cross stitch. This say anonymous...it's Katie Isabella. Don't know what happened.

  10. I remember macrame, it was fun. I'd love to have time to do such things again.

I like your owl very much.

  11. That is a very cute hoot. I think my Mom took the same class, we still have the Santa she made.
