Sassy's Mom, Ms. Kit, encouraged Mom to start our blog.  Mom told Ms. Kit she did not know where to begin or what to say...MOL

Obviously Mom got over those issues quickly.

 Sassy's Mom, Ms. Kit, was the first person Mom ever met with a blog.  Sassy is the reigning Diva-dog at Dog Daze (blog currently on hiatus).  She has two handsome bros, Buddy (big Madi sigh)and Zack.

We thank Ms. Kit for finding just the right picture for us to use today

GRANDMA update:  Mom spoke to the doctor at Rehab today.  Mom has been concerned because G-Ma has a tad confused and talking kind of loopy.  PA said this is normal for elderly.  PA said she is very pleased with the progress with PT and G-ma's mental state.  G-ma had compromised mobility before she fell so PT is going to be slower.. We just hope she can get back to how she was before she fell.

WORDS WEDNESDAY

Mom and I want to give a great big shout out to 

ONLINE Tech support at Microsoft.  

Yesterday Morning when 

Mom tried to get online she rec'd a 'server hang up' message.

  After a little research and a few phone calls we discovered that it meant we had Trouble in Computer City.  They found a gazillion error messages  in the 'puter. Mom knew the 'puter had been extremely slow and that is why it was about to crash and burn!!

All is well and our 'puter is feeling very frisky after a 2 hour overhaul.

Grandma seemed a little stronger when Mom visited her on Tuesday.

TUESDAY CAT TALE

Apologies:

Mom and I apologize for our hit and miss commenting since G-ma's fall.  Mom had an order to her commenting but everything is slightly  thrown off of late. Luckily Mom had several post prepared and waiting in the wings.  We are trying to do better.

Now for today's feature

My friend Ruby the Airedale gave me a very fitting award

Mom says Devious is my 2nd middle name, (my first is Diva)

We cats are very devious and clever as you will see from the

Recently while Mom was trying changing the linens on their bed,

I was carefully watching from the dresser...then just as she turned

for the blanket ..kerplunk I landed smack in the middle of the 

1/2 made bed

I deviously strutted my stuff sashayed around the bed

And decided it was time for a nap ...and you can see by the swishing of my blurry tail I wasn't going anywhere and no body was making me.

In my abode the cat rules..Mom says I'm like a 500 lb gorilla

I sleep when and wherever I please for as long as I please.

GRANDMA UPDATE:  She was transferred to a rehab center at 1 pm on Sunday...now for the hard work to begin on regaining her mobility.

Thank you everyone for your purrs!

Our house is what is called a story and a half....

aka we have NO attic.  BM (before Madi)

the peeps added an addition back of the house.

Which included a pretty good size storage room.

This time of year it isn't too hot in there so  Mom opens the

door to let me roam.  There are lots of crooks and crannies and 

other interesting thingies in there to rest my royal tush.

Such as Mom's sewing chest

AND OMCs this wonderful window seat.  I ALWAYS forget it

is in there....I love surprises.  From this seat I can watch the 

birdies at the feeders....and 

 that crazy Mom on the deck waving at me like a loony tune

Yes Mom I see you and so do the neighbors.

UPDATE ON GRANDMA:  As of Saturday Morning my Grandma doesn't have much appetite...and until she starts to eat more she cannot be moved to Rehab....It appears I might have to magically teleport myself over to the hospital to give her some lesson on eating.
