Crazy Caturday

Chip from Geek Squad got us all set up yesterday.  Mom is sure glad she decided to let
the Geeks do this BECAUSE she is 1000% sure she would not have known to do some of the
stuff he did.  It was worth $49.00 to have it done quickly, professionally and correctly.

Breaking news....
The Geek Squad will be here today sometime between 12-4 pm to set up better WiFi for us.
Currently we just have Netgear, it is  upstairs by the computer tower.  Evidently it is not strong enough to carry things downstairs.  We are getting NightHawk AC2300 Netgear.  It should have more
reception power so we can hear our Grace Digital Radio down stairs.
We might be off line for a bit today.

Mom is a child of the '60's

Violet de VW Flower Child 

Bright colors delight and adorn every space.

Flowers galore sprout happily on her hood.

A frontal inspection reveals a face.

It beckons and bids us all a good day.

The places she has traveled are a mystery

She speaks to my imagination 

Yes indeed I'm California Dreamin' 

with a flower in my hair and singin'

with the Mamas and Papas of days gone by

in my mind's eye.

Side note from Mom:

I coulda been a Flower Child....lol

A few months after I started dating my future husband,

we were both offered jobs in San Francisco. Neither of us

knew about the other's job offer until many months later.

We had some new dining room windows installed

on Wednesday....more about that and other projects down the road.

But to Mom's surprise I was quite interested in the process. 

Mom and I sat on the couch watching Mr. F go and come and come and go.

Sometimes my back feet don't want to behave so I put my paw down!

Then right when I get in position the flashy beast shows up, that requires a stinky eye

All this commotion makes it very hard to get in my 23 hours of beauty sleep.
