Last week every day was 92 or hotter and this week it has been rainy BUT
Yesterday Mom decided to take a different route home from Rite Aide Pharmacy.
She saw a pair of mallards on the lake and this gorgeous patch of posies at an office building.

 Mayor Arty has rented out the Blogville amusement park for us to pawty in this Memorial Day!!!  We hope you'll join us and do a post of you having fun at the park and then hop aboard a special Blog Hop to show all of Blogville how you spent the day!

 You can share a picture of yourself riding the rides, filling up on junk food or just enjoying the beautiful day outdoors!

After a day of fun, we will be setting up picnic tables and bringing in a couple of kegs of Premium Beef Beer! Abby Lab will be on hand to cook some nommy treats and Ruby will have her Margarita truck full of refreshing summer 'ritas!! Little Blue

Little Blue this poem is dedicated to you.

Your welcoming lamp by the door

Makes me want to see more

Pretty white frame and windows galore.

If I lived in you, I'd have a perch up

on the second floor.

I'd stay there all the day long watching the birds

and the critters from my window seat.

Tiny

It is blue, white and tiny

Double wide it is not

Not even room for a trash bin.

Ten steps will take you from the stoop to its boot.

 A-shaped roof made of tin.

No thanks I don't wanna come in.

Moving Wednesday

Before these photos were taken on 5/12/18 I was in dreamland.

THEN there was the invasion of the photo snapper....

I got my tush up and walk right out on the photo session...

Tuesday Wabbit Tale

Pardon the distorted photos the shoot took place in the guest bedroom looking out the 

window.

Yep Wally da Wild Wabbit and I had a staring match. FYI he blinked first and 

took off running.  We all know a feline will win a staring match paws down.

Mom wanted to go out for a photo

but she didn't wanna scare Wally da Wild Wabbit

  Lately this has been my favorite place to sit or sleep or ponder things all the day long.

Now we know why.  

The birdies like to hop about in the pine straw and every now and then I see a ChipMonkey.
