TM, SB FLOWER FRIDAY

Today we are celebrating two events:

1. DORY'S BROS ARE HOSTING

FLOWER FRIDAY!!

WE ARE HAPPY TO

SHOW YOU OUR BLOOMING YARD.

2. Sugar's

Red bud blooming. This tree is especially beautiful...why...
we didn't plant it. All of a sudden one day we notice a twig
with tiny little *heart shaped leaves.

On Thursday Mom noticed the hearts were starting to pop out....they are so tiny.

*After the blooms are gone these gorgeous heart shaped leaves will

fill the tree. The tree is about 9' tall...so just imagine that much

tree filled with hearts. It makes for lots of very special moments.

Below is a picture of one of the leaves from last year to show you their size.

Once the tree is full of hearts I'll take another photo

Work Wednesday

My buddy Sarge is a hard working K9...

so he decided to start a series called Work Wednesday.

I told him work was a 4 letter word. I never use 4 letter words...then it dawned on me....

Mom WORKS for me.

Mom and I had a heart to heart. She now realizes she

can no longer laze the dayz away

'Cause I'm watching, making notes and come

raise time she might be in trouble!!

BREAKING NEWS

UPDATE on Monday's post...

After nearly a month of the ice storm debris sitting outside

the kitchen and bedroom windows we are thrilled to say

our next door neighbor got to WORK, cut up all the debris

and got it to the curb in time for Tuesday's

curbside pickup!!

I have very impawtant date

....with my guy Raz.

He is always surprising me with the most fun adventures...I

decided it was time to surprise him...SO I STEPPED UP

TO THE PLATE TO ASK HIM ON A DATE!!

FYI: HE SAID YES!!

I sweet talked mom into letting me drive; however,

after I made an itty bitty kitty miscalculation in parking

she went all crazy pants and grounded me

In spite of my parking skills, we still arrived

exactly at the appointed time.

The only hint I gave him was to wear a hat...
I love men in hats!!

Mom went shopping while Raz and I took a stroll around a very mystical place with beautiful domed roof. OMCs they sold cheesecake

and it had a big white horse for valet service

Raz is such a 'guy', he took a running leap landing backwards

on this horse and his hat went flying in the wind. He was trying to convince me to join him!! It is hard to say no to a guy on a white horse...if he hadn't lost his hat, I might have said yes.
Who can resist a guy in a hat on a white horse.
Not me!!

Once we had all 8 paws on the ground we had a

DAY filled with salmon, tuna, nip
and lots of flowing fresh water!!
Thank you Raz this was such fun and to end up under the bonsai tree is special...
Did you know my dad calls me Bonsai Bunny!!
