UPDATE ON GRANDMA
December 5th was 2 months since my Grandma broke her hip
Today, December 8th, marks one week that my grandma came home from rehab.  Her mind is much clearer, she isn't telling
wild and wooly fantasy stories any more and she and Grandpa
are doing OK.  Grandma continues to receive Physical Therapy at home and they have a home health aide coming in to help also.

Last weekend's weather was nice so the peeps

deck the porch with a few pretties.

My friends  Murphy and Stanley have been search for Sandy Paws.  I never go out so I had no idea he was guarding our door.

Hopefully they will put MY decorated cat tree 

up this week.

Of course it is my job to check out the status of the 

bow box...Yes Puddles it is the same 
"BOW" Box!!

Mom signed me up for Jazzi's Fourth annual Christmas Exchange

I was tickled pink to learn that Benny and Lily from

Two French Bulldogs drew my name.

First off YES we opened the present EARLY...MOL

When Mom came back from running errands, she found a ginormous package waiting for us. I was quite intrigued by it

because of it shape and length. Mom said it was so long all of it would not fit in the picture.  When mom finally opened the package I was amazed to see what those Frenches sent me....

My very first shipment  of

SNOW!!!! 

Mom finally convinced me it was just the packing peanuts.. MOL

This is a picture of Da Bird...I'll tell you about the

thing I'm sniffing in a jiffy

 Mom took Da Bird out of Da package and started swinging it around.  I honed in on it with my high beams and

 gave it a mighty whack sending it flying half way into tomorrow!

I love it and Mom loves it because I get very excited and it 

gives me lots of exercise.

Ok now about what I was sniffin'  OMC/OMDs

a little elf must have told Benny and Lily how very very much I

love my Yeowww! Stinkies Catnip Sardines...I had one that was about a year old and covered in petrified cat slobber (Mom's words). Lots of times mom would find me resting my chin on the old one I just love it to death.

NOW I HAVE 3 new ones.  Mom opened the can 1/2 way then

sat it on the floor and I took the lid off completely

 Mom is going to let me have one at a time...catnip in these 

is all natural and evidently quite potent.  

 This is me still in shock at having not just one but three 

catnip sardines!!!

LAST BUT SURELY NOT LEAST BENNY AND LILY

SENT ME SOME ZUKE'S NATURAL SALMON FLAVORED

SNACKS....

MOM SAID IT WAS A SPECIAL DAY SO I COULD HAVE A

SO BENNY AND LILY MIGHT BE K9s but you certainly did one find job of shopping for a feline

No photo enhancements just cropped for a better view of the Heron.  The fall colors are truly 'water colors'!

MY GRANDMA CAME HOME FROM THE REHAB CENTER
SATURDAY.  SHE STILL HAS A  LONG WAYS TO GO BUT IS GLAD TO BE HOME.  Our visits to you all will probably be scattered about for a while.
