OMGirlz!!!  As soon as Tuiren arrived, 

she told me her lovely girl noze got a sniff of some BOYZ 

hiding in the shrubs.  I told her I would keep a cat's eye on the door

while she got her ME-sagge.  She quickly returned and volunteered

to stay by the door to keep out introoders!!

THANKS TUIREN FOR BRINGING YOUR EXTRA CUTE BEAGLE NOZE TO THE EVENT!!

 STINKY will be in charge of the fruit and beverage bar today

she says she will stop at nothing for her

MEDITATION

ANNABELLE Diva of relaxation was kind enough to 

 help with yoga meditation so that everyone was

at ease and ready for the Spa day.

Our yoga meditation are designed to deepen your body awareness, calm your mind and move you into a deeply meditative state.

ROSIE the cat, is a life long student of Meditation...purrfect form too

RUBY isn't too sure about this meditation thing, but says anything is possible with a furiend by her side.

ME-ssages
BABY requested a hot Stone ME-ssage.  She said this lovely
blanket of flowers reminded her of the flowers in her yard in Florida!!
MOL MOL I had to kiss Baby on her nose to wake her after her ME-ssage

DIP our itty bitty tiny Chi friend lives by the sea in England. She selected a combination of
warm sea glass and stone for her ME-ssage

Benefits of a warm Stone ME-ssage

The stones used are typically river rocks or other very smooth-surfaced stones made of basalt. These stones are heated in sanitizing water before use. The high iron content in basalt helps the stones retain heat during the massage. Hot stone massages are beneficial on both physical and psychological levels.

AQUA ME-SSAGE

RUBY'S original photo was of her napping in her beloved BLUE tunnel.

Mom immediately remembered the Aqua massage tunnels at the mall looked 

just like Ruby's tunnel...So of course she knew Ruby would love an aqua ME-ssage

MILLIE is well known for her love of frozen water (snow)
she was beyond thrilled to see Ruby in  Aqua Message machine.
Millie said that is my kinda ME-ssage!!

DAI$Y queen of Trout Towne Cats requested
a cucumber eye mask to relax her eyes  She does a lot of burd watching.   She also asked for some relaxing music during her spa day.  We know how much she loves 
burds* so we asked this little Southern Bluebird to 
tweet a few bars!!

After a vigorous spinning class, Phobe, Snowball and Lucy(back) lounging by the spa pool with some cool refreshments.
The girlz said they were too pooped to pop...but their instructor said
no pain no gain

 Mom's special full body ME-ssages. Mom has magic fingers!!

she was kinda worried about Ernie's reaction but decided to 

throw caution to the wind!!

YOGA

We found a yoga site we hope we have correctly

identified each pose!!

AFTER THEIR ME-ssages, many of the GIRLZ decided to try yoga since they were already so relaxed.

HAILEY was quick to purrfect the pose commonly called

legs up the wall...Hailey calls it legs up the couch cushion

she says it is also good for keeping the chin firm.

SCYLLA was working on her Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend

BUTT as you can see she was concentrating so hard her head got heavy 

PRINCESS LEAH practicing her puppy version of Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend!  However, she found elevating her head made it easier

JOANIE is has just successfully completed a head to knee forward bend!!  Standing ovation!!

Joanie we can hardly tell which end is which

CIARA says always remember to practice your breathing before doing yoga.

Today she is demonstrating cross body stretches for core strength.

Right leg up and streeeeeetched to the left while slowly lifting her

LEFT leg up then across to the RIGHT

Good form and not a hair out of place!! 

HAZEL concentrates as she practices her 

back leg extension...which is how she got her buns of steel

MABEL says this is all new to her but she is
happy to show off  her Seated forward bend with 
a slight cross over.

DORY AND MADI STOPPED BY THE FRUIT AND BEVERAGE BAR AFTER THEIR ME-ssage

KaTWO acted as our PR person for the ME-ssage and SPA day
