Heron Fall 2014
Flashback with Madi Fall, 2014
Bits and pieces of my sweet, precious Madi. I'd like to share them with you.
Madi teases a lot and talks big but deep down
she is all soft and mushy and makes us laugh daily.
Madi's ears are as soft as velvet and so warm...
Once when I was a little girl my Aunt told me every freckle you have meant you had been kissed by angels...
I kiss Madi's nose every chance I get..and usually her
whiskers make me sneeze.
Her eyes are very expressive I love her sleepy/stinky eyes
and her wide open big green cat eyes staring at me with
kitty love....we often exchange I love you blinks
Every so often I'm lucky enough to get a picture of her
sand paper tongue...I just love how that feels
on my hand.
To this day I don't know how she keeps her white tummy so white and so soft...there must be magic potions on that sandpaper tongue.
Every morning she greets me with her tail flying high. As she passes by me, she ALWAYS slows down so I can gently hold her tail as it passes through my hand. Yet another way of saying good morning beautiful...to each other
Friendly Fill-Ins today. Ellen came up with the first two and Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs came up with second two.
1. My hometown is Raleigh, NC, only place I have ever lived.
2. October is a good time to enjoy all the fall beauty in all 100 counties of NC.
3. If I saw the ghost of Casper, I would be so happy I'd squeal.
4. You couldn’t pay me to wear any evil monster or bloody creature costume, I don't like being scared. I like a mystery but nothing violent

awww ... the diva... we have so much episodes on our mind... like the whisker antenna and the leap from counter... a memory forever and ever
ReplyDeleteWhat a precious flashback! I love seeing those elusive herons. Seems I see them flying more than I see them wading and stalking their prey. I think they've all flown to warmer climes by now.
ReplyDeleteYou were such a beauty, Madi♥ We feel exactly the same way about horror movies and books. We like a good mystery but without the blood and gore.
ReplyDeleteSuch sweet pictures of Madi. What a nice series.
ReplyDeleteI agree on the costume. Give me a mystery but nothing scary
to me its always about the little things from our beloved pets. like the tail thing. and they eyes are my favorite today and its Beaus eyes that grab at my heart.
ReplyDeleteFun to know that Raleigh North Carolina has been home base all your life. Your sweet angel, what lovely little bits and pieces of pictures this morning. Let's us get up close and personal with those fine features of a furry girl.
ReplyDeleteWow, hard to believe you never lived anywhere else. Mom has moved away and come back many times because she likes it here. We don't like the scary, gory costumes the fun ones are the best. Happy Friday!
