Yoga with Madi
March 6, 2010
1. Stretching is important so take your time

2. find a nice roomy spot on the floor, gently move your head from an
upright position across your body to your long lovely tail
all the while breathing slowly in and out

3. slowly move you head back to the center of your body
while chanting uuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmm

4. Slowly move your head from an upright position
touch your nose to your bellybutton
5. If you can accomplish all of the moves...sternly look at your
peoples and say NO I AM NOT FAT!!!
Not bad for an almost 8 year old Diva Cat!!
Respectfully submitted,
Mistress Madi Yoga Cat

ReplyDeleteQuite the trying day you had... hope the next visit isn't as taxing! Blue skies and shiny sky ball here this morning... as well as one degree and frost! YAM xx
That sounded like quite an ordeal! Beautiful blue skies in the photos. Good yoga moves from Angel Madi.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you're glad your "dental adventure" is a thing of the past - should be a lot easier installing the NEW bridge than it was removing the OLD!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Pam
I can't think of anything I would hate worse than what you went through. an hour in the dental chair is a year for me. wow. I do hope the new one doesn't take this long to put it in place.
ReplyDeleteI can't touch my nose to my belly button but did try the others. MEOW MEOW. you were The Best Madi...
Ugh, that was a dental ordeal of epic proportions. I thought my last crown was bad enough! I hope the next appointment for the new bridge goes more quickly!
ReplyDeleteAngel Madi was a Kitty Yogi! Most impressive and instructive!
I could never recreate what Angel Madi did! She was Mistress of Yoga!
DeleteI hope the installation of the permanent bridge is easier for you than the temporary one was. Love those sparkling blue waters! Great yoga moves, Madi!
ReplyDeleteNo worries on not visiting. You get a pass any time. That sounds like a long day you had.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry you had to spend that many hours in a chair at the dentist. Your head should have been swimming at the same time it should have been pounding. I'm glad for you the work is over and that you'll get a finished product soon. Love the yoga poses by the sweet angel. Only I can move the way a cat moves, lol. Thank you for the beautiful blue sky photos. We've had four days of non-stop rain and it won't be over until Sunday or monday.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that part is over. Take it easy today and relax. Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos of the coast! Sorry the dentist was such a long awful thing but it is done and hopefully installing the new bridge will be easier.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a beautiful place Crystal Coast is! The dentist, however, is NOT a beautiful place. Glad you have the prep work behind you and hope things aren't quite as yucky when they put your permanent bridge in place.
ReplyDeletehugs!
Beth
That sure was a long dentist appointment. I enjoyed the Madi flash back too.
ReplyDeleteMy kinda waterview... happy. I am glad that the first part of the dental procedure is behind you now. That milkshake would have been the best I had ever tasted!
ReplyDeleteLove Yoga with Madi. I should check out some of her yoga poses and give it a try.
Remember you’re going to come hold my hand when I have my bridge prep! 😉
ReplyDeleteI would love to do yoga with Madi! She could make biscuits of the “fluffy” tummy❣️
It must be BRIDGE month! Now I don't think I have a bad ordeal coming but I might! I'll sure meow about it! Cecilia, are you feeling any better yet?
ReplyDeleteSending you lots of healing energy hugs '~ what a day for you ~ hugs ~ wonderful photos of the coast and the sweet Yoga kitty ~ more hugs "~
ReplyDeleteHugs to you Cecilia and Angel Madi ~ xo
I hope you are feeling lots better today, yes, that does take it out of you. That was a special flashback with Angel Madi.
ReplyDeleteThat was a long day. Nice photos and great flashback of Angel Madi. XO
ReplyDeleteI long to hear the sound of a boat rubbing against a dock
ReplyDeleteCharlee: "Angel Madi was a most excellent yoga instructor! I just hope our Dada doesn't try any of those moves because he never warms up first and would be sure to injure himself ..."
ReplyDeleteI’m praying you recover very quickly and the rest of the work goes more easily.
ReplyDeleteAngel Madi was a wonderful yoga instructor, thank you for linking up with Feline Friday.
