Symmetry Saturday

This photo was taken during one of our Saturday drives around the rich and famous neighborhoods.  I think it might wind the prize for

Symmetry

FYI yes it is a single family home.

I'm thankful I don't have to buy window coverings for all the windows or most of all WASH them.

  1. I read about your ordeal at the dentist....glad that part is over! Phew!
That is a HUGE house! I often wonder how big the families are that live in them. (Or small, and they just enjoy a huge house!) I am glad I don't have to clean those windows either!

I confess, window cleaning is not something I indulge in all that much, though I was thinking this week, now that the sun is actually starting to make an appearance, that it may become necessary... That house certainly has symmetry, but I would dare to say, lacks in style! YAM xx

  3. I'm thankful that I don't pay the property taxes on that place! 😆

  4. The house is symmetrical, but not homely looking. Our windows badly need washing. Sahara sand blew across with the wind and rain and left reddish brown streaks on the windows!

  5. They do have lots of windows at that house!

  6. Here's the thing about big expensive houses like that. They're big enough for the husband and wife to have 10 children, but most likely they only have one if any. What are all those rooms for? Just to buy furniture.

  7. yes, it is totally symmetrical. other than that, I would not like it at all.. I would like to have a duplex, one side for Bob and one for me. ha ha oh and 2 bedrooms on his side, one for a live in caregiver.

  8. That's some home. Yes, that is way too many windows to wash. Then again I only have a few windows and I can't get myself to wash them. With Gibbs in the house they never look clean anyway because he's always adding his nose print art

  10. It's an interesting house. I love the stonework and the screened-in porches. The front entry looks more like a business with the double doors. All I can think of is that's a lot of cleaning!

  14. It’s certainly spacious, and it must be bright inside.

  15. I have enough trouble keeping the main living area of my 3,000 sf house clean (way too much dog hair, but what would I do without the cause of it!?).

  16. Lulu: "Wait, what? It's possible to wash windows? Has anyone told our Mama and Dada about this ... ?"
