The story behind this picture is....I'm at the computer slaving on Madi's blog and she screeched politely expressed her dismay at the lack of food in her bowl. Of course, being the devoted cat slave that I am, I immediately prepared a gourmet meal for the Diva and of course served it in Waterford Crystal....
(I have no idea what the green tint on the carpet is...maybe it is the reflection from those Diva green eyes)

I have 3 ways of getting my point across.
ReplyDelete1. Staring at my servant for an extended period.
2. Banging the bowl on the floor.
3. Barking.
Or all of the above...
Grrrrrs from your friend, Gizzy
Shame! Bowls should never be empty! Feed the kitty happens first thing...no matter what. It's sort of a rule. MOL!
ReplyDeleteMadi looks a little upset, but she's always beautiful!...There's a sign on our kitchen wall that says Feed The Cat=it's definitely a rule, it's like the law around here!!MOL...xo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
ReplyDeleteMadi, the look on your face is priceless. Not a happy Diva kitty at all.
ReplyDeleteWe have to constantly work on training our assistants Madi, if not they will slack off and we won't get 100% full attention. When my mom gets up in the morning I am standing beside my bowl, "feed me first, then you get coffee". She does my biding and then gets a reward. MOL!

Cindi Lou and Judy
Oh Madi, that is quite an evil look - we are not surprised that your human slave immediately lept into action.
ReplyDeleteWe hope it was roast duck with orange served in the Waterford Crystal bowl.

ps our mum says to tell your mom that just reminded her of a visit she had to Ireland - they were visiting the Waterford factory and our Dad reversed into a brand new car in the car park!
Our mum tried hiding on the floor of the car as it was our dad's fault.
He has a strange habit of reversing without looking behind him - something our mum has never quite worked out!
Oh, she's got the green laser eyes going on. Those demand immediate attention or you could get turned into a squirrel. At least that's what Simone tells me.
ReplyDeletewags, Lola
Madi sure was giving you the look....better make sure her bowl is NEVER empty again!!
ReplyDeleteSushi gets upset if I sleep in and don't feed him early enough, he darts back and forth in is bowl!! I can tell he is upset with me :(
Oh yeah, now you've gone and done it with your crowd of readers! Waterford crystal??? Billy wants new dishes! But I feel those are to girly for him. ANy suggestions for our littlest King?
ReplyDeleteMadi,
ReplyDeleteJust when we thinks we have our assistants properly trained they go and do something like this!
Woofs and Licks,
Maggie Mae
Yep, I'm pretty sure the green is from her laser eyes which she was getting ready to use on you if you didn't hops to it! Whew! That was a close call for you. I hopes you remember this lesson in the future.

Mayzie
Yes, it was probably a good ten years ago now but your mention of Waterford Crystal suddenly brought it back.
ReplyDeleteI can laugh now but not at the time - as husband explained calmly he had been using his mirrors and hadn't seen anything.
Of course when I learned to drive you had to look behind you - you didn't even have passenger side mirrors - but no there wasn't a man walking in front waving a flag!!
Well Done Madi! Although the crystal is probably over-rated is good to keeps the servants thinking of ways to please you.
ReplyDeleteNo food in the dish? You were lucky you were not fired as assistant. I want that same eye power! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful day!

Wow, with those eyes lookin at ya - you'd better snap to attention!
ReplyDeleteOh my that is quite the "LOOK", Madi!
ReplyDeleteNow you've made me spend 45 minutes looking up information about cat's eyes! :)
ReplyDeleteI had read somewhere that cat's eyes and dog's eyes reflect differently for some reason, and now I can't seem to find it! Oh well! :0
Oh Miss Madi,
ReplyDeleteYou gotta teach us how to do that look...
