I need lots and lots of layers under my diva tushie
PSA
We have nasty weather coming in our area about daybreak today through 6pm Saturday. Hopefully it is all snow but we are hearing threats of sleet and freezing rain too. Bad combo
So if we are MIA it will be due to losing power. Our furiends in Virginia up through DC area
are in for several feets of snow. Hunker down good buddies
Throw an extra blankie on the bed for that tushie, Madi - it's cold!
ReplyDeleteSending purrs for warmth and safety this weekend.

Hope da storm don't hit ya too bad!
ReplyDeleteI hope your power stays on - cuddle up!
ReplyDeleteOh, we prefer to huddle on the bed towel too (which Mom keeps there in case Toby yaks). We're really hoping we don't lose power... maybe we will all get lucky and it won't be so bad.
ReplyDeleteHope your pawrents have been honing their ice-climbing skills...MOL!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, a Princess Diva should haf lots of SOFT layers to sit upon!
ReplyDeleteTake care, stay safe and warm in all the weather you're getting

Madi, good girl keeping your Mom straight. It is very important that you have what you need. So far we are all right. No ice yet but it is coming. Good luck to all of you with this storm.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you... to have 87 comfy and fluffy things for my down-side is fabulous :o) I cross my paws that the power will stay with you and that the bad weather disappears without leaving damage behind...
ReplyDeleteLooks totally comfy now. We understand how it needs to be perfect.
ReplyDeleteI am already praying for the NE and will add you to the list... BOL BOL BOL MOL MOL MOL LOL LOL LOL that is what i did when I saw these photos. Oh Madi, our sweet Diva..Jake waits for me to spread his blanket in the sun puddle and also asks me to straighten the blankies on the sofa AFTER he rearranges them.
ReplyDeleteWe had some snow flurries in Central Mississippi this AM. Yuck. Bad storms last night. Water came in under the barn door and went into a stall. What a mess. Pulled a hubby, smashed a divot in my finger moving retaining wall pavers to stop the water coming in.
ReplyDeleteBrrrrrrrrr cold today.
Hope y'all have a safe weekend.
Keeping all of our paws and fingers crossed you don't lose power! That bed sure looks like a great spot to weather out the storm!

Hi dear Madi! We are hunkered here in Virginia - just a few inches on the ground so far but we'll have two feet or more before it stops....yuck.....needless to say we're not going anywhere - we'll just keep the fire in the fireplace and the fleecies warmed up for our tushies and be fine and dandy. You look comfy in your photos (once your servant showed up with your blanket of course!). STAY WARM AND SAFE!
ReplyDeleteLove, Sammy
I hope you don't get the freezing rain/ice or lose power.
ReplyDeleteYour weather even made the BBC news headlines here!!! You definitely stay safe and warm and we hope you don't lose power!! Miss Madi, I reckon you were the inspiration for the princess and the pea story!!! MOL xoxoxox
ReplyDeleteYour cute Rushdie needs protection, Madi! We're hoping that the storm isn't as bad as they say it will be. But stay safe, okay??
ReplyDeleteOMC! That is some weird autocorrect! We said cute tushie, not Rushdie!
DeleteCrikey Madi ..... I like lots of padding too. I hope your Mom didn't make you wait too long on that hard bench thingoe. Stay safe and warm in the storm, aye??
ReplyDeleteSendin' purrayers bootyful.
ReplyDeleteLuv ya'
Dezi and Lexi
You know what's really fun, though? While the bed just has the sheet on it, get a running start then go SLIIIIIIIIIIIIIDing across the bed. It's awesome. Repeat 87 times. Oh. And if the other sheet and quilt are already on the bed, you can still do it and knock all of that stuff on the floor. Piled up, it makes a really comfy napping spot, too!
ReplyDeleteYours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
