A fine photo. We see a lot of herons along the River Dee, and maybe Gail will post a photo of one of them one day. After all, they are in general more co-operative posers than most of the other feathered species!

That is a lovely photo of the reflections. The heron flew past our window this morning but it will be anything but serene. He was on his way to the pond to grab himself a carp!
