First Nature Friday
Our daffies were glorious this year, photo taken about a week ago before we had 20 mph gust of wind and 1 1/2" of rain

I bet we can all identify with this with any species of pet.

ReplyDeleteooooohhhh... look at those daffies
and thanks for the laughies
YAM xx
hahaha the woman in that comic is totally our mama... LOL
ReplyDeleteYes that cartoon is so typical! We took a drive up to the North Cornwall coast on Tuesday and I have never seen so many daffodils! Cornwall is renowned for growing daffodils because of it's very mild climate, but I think all the villages must have been having a contest to put on the best display. Every verge and hedge was jam packed with them. We should have stopped to take photos instead of just admiring them as we drove through.
ReplyDeleteYou daffies are so pretty and cheerful!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the daffies. MIne made their usual appearance too. Mine at the fence have pink trumpets.
ReplyDeletelove those jonquils, that is what mother called them and that means I do too. they are beutiful and happy or they were. I assume the wind messed them up... laughing out loud at the cat, Beau will do the same thing. if he does something other that sleep or sit, it is always when I am not prepared
ReplyDeletePretty daffodils, sure hope they weathered the weather ok. Your ahead of us, though hopefully it won't be too much longer before we have some spring color. LOL on the cat meme!!
ReplyDeleteMOL that toon is sooooo true!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful display of daffodils. We love the cardinal flag too. Our daffies haven't even tried to poke their heads out of the ground yet.
ReplyDeletePretty daffodils while they lasted. Yellow is such a happy color.
ReplyDeleteLove the cartoon. That's so how it goes.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Big hug, my friend. ♥
Beautiful daffodils. Ours are just breaking through the ground. XO
ReplyDeleteDaffies look glorious! We've planted them about 100 times in the years we've been here and the squirrels have dug each and every one up. I buy bunches at the farmer's market now! Love the cartoon - never COUNT on a photo when you want one if a cat is involved. They just KNOW!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Pam
Love the new header... the background colors and design, the photos, Madi♥
ReplyDeletePretty Daffies!
Hahahah, the cartoon!
Beautiful daffies!!!!The "New Backyard" has daffies that are just starting to come up, I'm afraid they will have already bloomed by the time we get there on the fourth!
ReplyDeleteI got a good giggle from the cartoon...the Gang can be the same way!
the comic is too funny...and so true !!! ☺☺☺ no flowers here yet...they know to wait because the temp changes
ReplyDeletefrom one hour to the next ;) ☺☺♥♥
Lovely daffodils! Soring is so wonderful after the dark winter! Have fun today!
ReplyDeleteYep, I can relate to muffin!!!
ReplyDeletePretty daffodils
Your daffodils are sure pretty and yes, that cartoon is so real fur sure!
ReplyDeleteYour daffodils are gorgeous. My lil great grand girl Shea looks beautiful in yellow. It is a happy color and a Springtime one too. That cartoon, hahaha, cats are persnickety! LOVED IT! Have a terrific weekend.
ReplyDeleteWe're really looking forward to our daffodils blooming and the grass getting green again. It'll be a couple more weeks before that happens here in WNY.
ReplyDeleteYour daffodils were beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThe author of the Pickles comic strip caught what cats are like perfectly here.
I love seeing spring, and of course the flowers.
ReplyDeletePrecious new header for Easter. Our daffodils are in the shade and sometimes don't bloom at all. If I cared, I would dig them up and move them, LOL! Even the squirrels (of which there are many) don't want them.
