It’s hard to believe, but March 24 is my 3rd Gotcha Day!
Mom and Dad found me in the middle of the road; dirty, scared and confused. I was microchipped, but number was no longer in order. They contacted vets, shelters, and posted signs trying to locate owner, with no luck. But it was my lucky day.
Sassy, Buddy, and Dakota crossed The 🌈 Bridge within 13 months. 😭 Mom says she would have been lost without me, and I helped heal her broken heart. 💔
I’m Mom’s shadow, and she’s my best friend.
I have the best life with Mom and Dad, and have even learned to love cats! 😹

ReplyDeleteHappy Gotch Day Pup! my eyes were so full of joyful tears i had troulbe seeing your face through them. the song is pawfect and says it all, and I have been blessed with not one but two pups just like you. seeing you and your moms face together warmed the cockles of my heart... you are all blessed to have found each other.. love the poem abut the little girl. my cousin had those curls but they were black, mother wanted my hair to look like that thus the Toni perm at age TWO

ReplyDeleteWhat a precious Gotcha Day video for sweet Pup. Lucky for everyone that you found your forever home! The music was so perfect and it made me get teary because it was PERFECT for all of us who know the love of having a pet (past and present!). Your poem for the photo this week is adorable too - this little one looks determined and happy and all those things we want children to experience. I had fun with it too!
