Madi's always looked so comfy in her sweet roll pose

Sneaky Squirrel photo taken last weekend.  He is obviously new to the 'hood. He tried several times to scurry up the pole banged his head around several times before coming down.    All our resident squirrels know they only thing they will get up there is a headache.

  1. Dearest Cecilia,
Went to bed early... only to lay awake now.
    So, reading some blog posts.
Angel Madi in her Sweet Roll Pose is adorable—it shows us how at ease our kitties feel at such times!
Through such photos they remain with us forever.
    Big hugs,

  3. Squirrel baffles all over the place on our bird feeders. Haven't seen a squirrel even try this year - maybe they really do learn! (Maybe it takes a few bangs on the head.)

  4. Angel Madi looks so sweet and reminds me of looking at a apple Danish roll. You don't know whether you want to just breathe in the perfume or eat the whole delicious thing. And the crazy squirrels here, they get in the trees above my bird feeders, that hang off of us string between two trees, and try to dare each other to LEAP down and land on them. Once in a while one of them stupid enough to do it and they slide off to the ground.

  5. During our bird feeding years I think there was always one squirrel that cracked the code!
I love to see kitties do the sweet roll pose... Madi did it well♥

  6. I always called that curled up pose a caterpillar, because if you touch a caterpillar they curl up into balls. It's more adorable when cats do it. 🙃

I'd have laughed at that squirrel!!
