Nature and Feline Friday

  Nature Friday host LLB Gang

Thank you for hosting!

From our yard

Before the 2 weekends of snow and ice the daffodils and Ruby Camellia were starting to bud.  I feared they would not bloom.
I guess the blooms were insulated by the snow and ice.

Ruby has more blooms at one time than she has had in many years.

  3. Your daffies and camellia are gorgeous and it seems that spring really is on the way! We have the same leafy light green colored towel, Madi.

  4. I imagine those towels are nice and soft and oh so comfy to lay on.
Nice seeing blooms this time of year. It'll be a while yet before any daffodils start showing themselves around here.

  5. Brown did not compliment your beautiful furs. However it made you show up even better. And would you look at that beautiful tree with red flowers. Just think it did have Christmas lights on it not all that long ago. Pouring down rain up here this morning with heavy fog. Snow this weekend.

  6. That happens a lot in spring here. Flowers start to pop up and then we get a snow storm. Snow really insulates well so as long as the stems don't get broken by heavy wet snow, they usually survive.

  7. The blooms are so lovely. Wistful sigh.

That pic of Madi peeking over the towels is so adorable!

  9. Charlee: "That was a song, right? Gonna have to face it you're addicted to towels?"

  10. LOL at Charlee's comment!
Our weather is so wacky, one day it's 70F and the next it's 30F. I'm worried our Spring buds are getting very confused too!

  19. What lovely flowers! I’m glad they bloomed for you and glad the blooms here weren’t all frozen off the bushes and trees, we have some now.

Madi, towels are a great thing and there are many worse addictions. Thank you for linking up with Feline Friday!
