We asked Dad to buy Mom some flowers and new pots. She’ll stay busy/happy all day long.  He also bought her a mini chocolate cake.  We told her that our very wise Auntie HiC

said birthday cake does not have calories...

Today I have a big thankful

GUESS WHAT.....THIS IS A RED letter day

My husband: trekking partner, aka Dad of Angel Madi, driver and best buddy is back.  After nearly 2 1/2 months of no trekking due a lengthy visit from Stewart Sciatica, the Itis Brothers, Bur and Art.  After 7 weeks of PT my guy and I took a 44 minute walk at Shelley Lake on Tuesday and a 50 minute walk on Wednesday. This is trail has lots of hills too. WooHoo 

Very thankful for excellent Physical Therapists at Raleigh Orthopedics
