Recently we took the 2 mile Lake Lynn Loop trail
I took 46 photos I'll show in no particular order
The leaves were just starting to change
First I saw one turtle sunning
This red maple might be small but it sure does have giant eye appeal
Then the entire family, there were more smaller turtles but they
took a nose dive when they heard me.
yes, we love this tree... it is small but the one what jumps in our eyes immediately ;O) we feel a little like turtles, but we will make some kind of that progress too LOL

I never noticed the turtle until you said it was there as well. And then I had to find it, as my eyes were drawn to that beautiful maple tree in the center.

There is a maple tree a block from where we live. We can see it clearly from GW's office window. It always turns bright orange a couple weeks before all the other trees around it.

I saw a bunch of turtles like that once when I was boating on the local lake. I made Lexi get out of the water, was afraid they were snappers and would take a limb. Had been seeing some one legged ducks!
ReplyDeleteWow! That tree is gorgeous. I love turtles on a log. They always make me smile.
ReplyDeleteYou made some decent points there. I looked on the internet for the issue and found most individuals will go along with with your website.
