Nature Friday and Feline Friday

  Nature Friday host LLB Gang

The Georgia Crew and Birthday boy, David, thank you all very very very
much for your kind birthday wishes.  You made David's bday special

Dearest Auntie HiC
The web, created by webworms in a sourwood tree, was not in same tree as raccoons. 😉 Mom & three kits (or some people call “cubs”, but to me they’re “kits”) were watching me fill water trays for them.

Madi: How I spend my free time
Mom, here I am up here.
No I'm busy reading I can't come play with you now

Ok now Mom is gone I can do what I really want to do, take a nap. The book will keep my head at just the right angle to see Mom when she comes around the corner again.

  4. Aw, those raccoons are so cute.
I would open that book before you take your nap. That way when mom comes back around it looks more like you've been reading.

  5. Nothing better than a good book to put us to sleep, isn't that right Angel Madie. I bet those baby raccoons were thrilled to get back with their mommy. After all she has a lot yet to teach them before winter comes.

  6. We rarely see a racoon around here although we know they are out there. The babies are so adorable. Mom remembers them getting into the garbage cans all the time when she was growing up. Have a fun weekend!

  18. Mi gata suele hacerlo cuando me quedo dormida con el libro en la mano, ella siempre despierta encima del libro. Qué bonita foto y vídeos de los mapaches. Besitos desde Bitácora literaria España

  19. The raccoons are such fun to see, although they are hard on things with constantly trying to break into storage and garbage cans,

Madi, you had the best idea! Thank you for linking up with Feline Friday.
