For as long as I have been blogging any picture you see of me on my peeps bed
I'm always at the foot of the bed on some kind of towel. This collage shows just a
few of the 87 thousand mom has taken.
All of a sudden about 2 weeks ago I started avoiding the towel.
Mom thought maybe it wasn't soft enough for my royal tush
Mom thought maybe it wasn't soft enough for my royal tush
Last Saturday smarty pants Mom decided to test me by moving the towel to where I had been sitting.
It was a test to see if it was the towel I didn't like or the spot I didn't like
It was a test to see if it was the towel I didn't like or the spot I didn't like
She told me I passed the test it was the spot I didn't like...
I told her I was testing her to see how long it would take her to move the towel.
SHE failed miserably it took her 2 weeks.
Do you ever do things like this to test your peep?
BOL...Our Mama says we are constantly test her.....her patience BOL! Good job keeping your Mama guessing Madi!!

Crikey Madi ..... now I'm curious!! Why the heck after all that time did you decide you didn't like THAT spot?? I don't believe you were testing your Mom. C'mon Madi ...... WHY?? I know cats are weird but I thought YOU were quite normal.
ReplyDeleteOh the pugs love to test mommy!! Lol
ReplyDeleteGosh Madi we love doing tests in this house, although we tend to categorise them as serious scientific investigations.
ReplyDeleteGail and I are wondering what would happen if Mom put your towel on an entirely different and as yet untested area of the bed?
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
MOL - I just test momma by finding new hiding spots.
ReplyDeleteTwo weeks! That's pretty slow.
ReplyDeleteHumans just aren't very bright. So often we just have to wait while they figure things out.
ReplyDeleteWe furkids are so much smarter than our peeps!
ReplyDeleteI sure do test my peeps and find that it takes a while for them to "get it".....for instance if Mom finds my favorite fleece blankie all balled up in a blob she has finally figured out IT NEEDS TO BE LAUNDERED!! If she tries out a new treat on me and I try to cover it with the carpet it means I DON'T LIKE THAT STUFF SO DON'T GIVE THEM TO ME AGAIN. They eventually catch on. Eventually!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Sammy
There are too many of us to try to test the Mom. But that worked out well for you Madi. Glad you finally got the message across to her. You were just teaching the Mom just who is in charge around there.
ReplyDeleteHari OM
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile, I'sa noticing you are drawing ever closer to the head of the bed. The rightful place of the one in charge. Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
Oh yes, mine do it all the time! Most of the time it's Russian Roulette as to what they are going to eat that day. You kitties keep us on our toes.
ReplyDeleteI smiled all the way through both collages.. i do love the Paw Extension, both on and off a towel... i am thinking you made her move the towel just to prove you could make her move the towel. still smiling
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's a feline thing! I don't want to try my mom's patience, she feeds me! BOL
ReplyDeleteHugs and nose taps,
Molly

ReplyDeleteOMC OMC MADI YOU ARE a TESTimonial to how clever you are.. THAT was a super examination of how Observant and SubSERVIENT your mom can be... GOOD ON YOU, Mayoress Emeritus Madi.
