real Crow: Who are you looking at
fake Owl: You who else?
fake Owl: Hey you are supposed to be afraid of me
Real Crow: Who you? No way, I just flew in, I'm thirsty and
and dirty. BUT I can't even take a bird bath in this tiny thing
Please leave a meow or bark for Angel Madi...her assistant (aka Mom) will respond in a timely fashion. =^..^=

We had a crow in our front yard today!
ReplyDeleteBabyBelle LOVES birds. She loves all animals, haha.
ReplyDeleteCrows are such intelligent birds. Far too smart to be taken in by a fake owl!
ReplyDeletehahahaha- we could totally see how this would play out! The crows go into my mom's student's backpacks and take out their food and eat it! Their favorite snack is goldfish crackers.

that is a really big crow and they are really loud around here.. he just might have thought it was a real owl... it kind of looks like the owl is sitting on a roll of toilet paper...
ReplyDeleteMakes me wanna yell...ohhhhhhhhhhh, YOU WHOOOOO?!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhoooo, great conversation. Love Owls. So you all have Whooooooooo day.
ReplyDeleteWe are surprised the owl didn't yell at the crow.
ReplyDeleteIt tickles me when I see the birds use my bird bath.
ReplyDeleteMom wants to get a birdie bath since we have so many birds on our BirdTV show!
ReplyDeleteMOM - you hit publish too soon.
DeleteHugs, your guy Raz and The Florida Furkids
That crow is one smart bird!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice that your crow has a buddy during mealtime!
ReplyDeleteoh that is great that you saw this conversation.... I would love to know what stries they shared :O)
ReplyDeleteOMD OMD that is sooooooo funny....
ReplyDeleteDo you suppose when Real CROW flew off... Fake Owl said... OWL BE SEEING YOU ???
Trust me Madi, you don't want to mess with that crow! They are obnoxious, loud and I have yet to catch one on my walks! The fake owl is certainly NOT scaring him away. BOL
ReplyDeleteHugs and nose taps,
Molly and Kathy

Christmas the Dachshund
That was one big ole crow...we like that owl. stella rose
ReplyDeleteWe tried to use a fake owl to scare off the scads of little birds that invaded our tree last year. They were pooping all over our yard and mom found dead baby birds on the ground after a wind storm - it was awful. Sadly they ignored the owl

Wowzers! That's one huge birdie! I almost had two Robins fly right into me and Mom yesterday! I mean we felt the wind buffer off of them, that's how close they were. I'd like a do-over, because I just really wasn't prepared for that!
ReplyDeleteYours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
Oh, those crows are NASTY!!! They kill smaller burdies and are super duper noisey and mean!
ReplyDeleteI help Ma chase them away from our yardie, butts this year we've been lucky cause they have moved a couple of streets over, so it's not too bad.
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
We hope that fake owl gave that crow a good "hoot" or two - those big birds are not nice to the smaller ones - AND they are big hogs - they eat all the food themselves.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Ciara and Lightning
Maybe the fake owl needs to go undercover?
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
We guess that owl needs to do a better job if he is supposed to keep the crows away. We have a neighbor that puts out hunks of stale bread for the birds and the crows fly over to our bird baths to dip them in to soften them when the bread is too hard. Those crows are very smart.
ReplyDeleteMOL! That was a good conversation between Fake Owl and Mr Crow.
ReplyDeleteSometimes we really wonder if those fake birds are to just keep the other birds company!! BOL!
ReplyDeleteSmileys!
Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo
That was some burd fun, at least for us pretty Madi!
ReplyDeleteYour om has a good imagination. :)
ReplyDeleteMe again, I should have checked before I hit publish, I meant Mom, not Om.
ReplyDeleteWell, that was one sassy crow.
