Tuesday Short Tale

Saturday afternoon mom was cleaning out the closet...she found this darling thing in a box...
She has no clue where she came from or how long she has been in hiding.

Mom is a firm believer in things appearing when you desparately need them. Below is a close up of the age yellowed sign around her neck.  MOL MOL MOL

I think she is could also be called a HBO Doll. She must have sensed  we are all sick and tired YES sick and tired of
renovations.  She appeared to help us cope for what we hope is the final week.  Mom is wondering if she might also be a voodoo
doll?!

Mom will following these instructions today because they will
be tearing out the floor and vanity in our guest bathroom.

  9. Oh we're familiar with Dammit dolls.....and they work too! I know you're ready to say BYE BYE to Feet and Company and get back to peace and quiet. Hang in there - you probably can put that doll away in a week or so!

  16. Ha roo roo roo! Our mom made a bunch of "Dammit Dolls" during Desert Storm to give to some of the other ladies whose husbands also deployed. She said they all got a lot of use!
Mom was just down visiting the neighbor who was having some renovations done. Maybe she should have made one and given it to her? :)
There is a light at the end of the tunnel!!!
