Thoroughly Poetic Thursday

Today we have a two'fer
Thoroughly Poetic Thursday
Today we join Two  SPOILED CATS
Angel Sammy and Teddy for their poetic pictorial poem.

Today's Inspiration

Wash Day

What a sight to be hold!
Rows and Rows of technicolor laundry
hanging out in the cold.
I'm very glad I don't have to fold!!

Christmas Cards from  friends are starting to come in.
If you look on my sidebar (right side of blog) you will
see a link to can click to travel over.

  1. hahahaha... yes, glad it's not our job to fold them and to work with the iron...

  2. So many tiny flats jammed in together. Doing the laundry must be a nightmare.

  3. Those clothes are going to smell so wonderful drying in the fresh Aire!

  4. Hari OM
What a wonderful image - almost doesn't need the words - but well done you too!!! YAM xx

  5. We're just hoping it doesn't rain...

  6. Leaves me speechless and yes no folding for me!

  7. that picture!
I don't do XMAS cards. It's one of those things I've never really gotten into. Don't decorate for XMAS either unless we had a party.
But, I do buy that stinker Miss Z presents :)

  8. Oh my gosh, that is one huge laundry done. Glad it isn't me. You all have a super duper day.

  9. We love your poem. Our mom is not a fan of folding laundry either.

  10. Ghostwriter remembers when they hung the laundry on the clothesline to dry. People could save a lot of energy if they use wind power like that to dry the laundry.

  11. I'm glad I don't have to fold either. That's a lot of laundry.

Have a fabulous day, honey. Big hug. ♥

  12. That would be way too much laundry to lay on too!

  13. That is a perfect poem!!! I wouldn't want to wash all that much less fold and heaven forbid IRON it! Isn't that a sight to see? Thanks for the wonderful poem for Poetic Thursday.

    Hugs, Pam and Teddy too

  14. Hmm, it's looks like the washer is working, but not the dryer!

  15. We agree about the laundry. We don't like to do a little, never mind that mess. We are getting our cards too.

  16. Whew!! I couldn't even imagine folding all that laundry!!

  17. BOL - that poem is great - we just commented on another post that we hoped there were lots of hands around to do the folding:)

Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  18. Wow!! so much laundry!!! BOL!
Mom is getting our cards ready to send
    Mabel & Hilda

    Pees es
thank you for the beautiful card!!

  19. That’s a great picture. The first time we went to see my family in NYC, that was one thing I wanted to see...laundry hanging between buildings. LOL!
