Bearry Nature and Feline Friday with Rocky

Thanks Comedy Plus for hosting Feline Friday

Thanks LLB Gang for hosting Nature Flower Friday

First Up is PUP Nature Friday..

Last Friday night, July 10, my nephews and their peeps had a
VISITOR...who was very late to arrive this year.
They call him BooBoo Bear
They always take in bird feeders; however, their humming bird feed was out.
Note the red bottom there at the rocker
This is their deck, Brazen BooBoo Bear had to come up some very step
stairs to get to the deck...or perhaps he climbed..
Kit, Mom of my nephews, noticed he had a tag in each ear but not the normal
kind of tags that indicate they have been picked up from populated areas and relocated..
that is unless they changed them.

As you can hear in the video, Pup was not at all impressed by BooBoo's
lack of manners and grumpy attitude.

Booboo Bear will no longer have a hummingbird cocktail
waiting for him so lets say bye bye BooBoo safe travels.

Now Rocky for the Feline Friday and Nature update
on BooBoo

Dearest Auntie HiC
It’s me, Rocky, with a quick bear update.

Wednesday, July 15,   BooBoo returned around 5:00 pm while Mom was sitting on porch.
They were both shocked to see each other! 😹

Mom asked him politely to go leave, and he obliged, grumbling all the way.

Have no fear! I’m on Bear Watch this morning.

I’ll keep you posted on further developments.

❤️ Rocky Your Orange Nephew

Rocky....my orange Nephew!!!
Thank goodness you are on porch patrol...
BooBoo is finally showing some bear-sense by moving on...we all want him to thrive and grow and produce more bears BUT NOT in your yard.
ByeByeBooBoo happy days up in the Georgia Hills
Hugs Auntie HiC

  3. Way to scare off that big Boo Boo, Rocky! I have a sneaking suspicion he'll be back, though. Keep your eyes open!

  4. BooBoo is beautiful but his visits are a little too close for comfort!

Oh it is both a privilege and a bother to have wild life so close... I do hope Booboo finds a space for himself that is both safe and less challenging! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx

  6. It's pretty cool to see a real bear so close, but it is also scary. Hopefully he will stay out of trouble and find his way back to the forest where he belongs.

  7. We would probably be just like Pup and be barking our heads off if a bear ever came in our yard. We hope he finds some wild place to hang out and not in someone's yard.

  8. Boo Boo is a b o o a u t i f u l bear! I think I might die of Joy if I saw one that close I've never seen one in the wild. And I had just come from watching KB's video of the bear sleeping in the woods and waking up so two bear videos in 5 minutes time makes me very happy. Boo boo did not seem to pay any attention at all to pups barking! You go pup keep them safe

  9. At least Boo Boo didn't do a boo boo on the deck!

  10. Phew, it's a good thing Rocky is there to let BooBoo know he's not welcome there anymore.

  11. Eeks, not sure what I'd do if I saw a bear on my deck!

  12. Whoa! I'm glad we don't have bears around here.
Pup, you gave him a piece of your mind.

  13. Seems that every year we get a report of someone seeing a bear around our neighborhood. But usually it's on the edge of the woods. We sure wouldn't want it getting so close to our house! Yikes!

  14. The hummingbirds showed up and no food for them. I don't want a bear in my backyard either. He's handsome though. Yes Pup didn't care about his visit one bit.

I see Rocky has things well in control. He's got a plan if the bear returns. Purrfect.

Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.

Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Hugs to Auntie C. ♥

  15. Well that is a surprise visitor. Hope Booboo doesn't visit anytime soon. Lady read a story about how a Canadian woman was out on a jog with her 4 dogs and a bear came out and swatted her in the face and back and ran away. She must have startled it. The dogs were fine, her back is fine. She has a nasty cut on her face that will likely scar but she is grateful to be alive.

  17. WE have them to Rocky. Not really truly welcome to the yards but please...help me spare their feelings. I wouldn't want them to feel singled out, you know.

  18. Oh my goodness!!! BooBoo is a handsome and persistent Bear! We are so glad Pup and Rocky were around to protect their Mama! We have been lucky, our bear can't get over our fence.

  19. Rocky, we have black bears in the Preserve and my hope is to never see one. We have wild hogs here, too. There are traps out for them. I am glad Rocky and Pup can do the observing from inside! I thought AllieGators were pretty worrisome. I think the bear takes the cake!!!

  20. What a surprise to have BooBoo come visit while Kit was sitting on the porch. He didn't look like he was in a hurry to leave and must have been waiting for his hummingbird syrup.

  21. Booboo...a perfect bear name!! I think if I saw a bear today I'd pee down my leg (and break my pretty, new nails I just painted red!)

  22. Yikes! I guess we are lucky the bears haven't taken our hummingbird feeder. One did take the suet feeder in the spring. XO

  23. BooBoo Bear made a big mistake messing with Pup - that bark surely scared him away:)

  24. Hopefully someone will leave some trash out and BooBoo will find new stomping grounds.

  25. OMD, those were some PAWSOME videos!!!! BooBoo Bear sure is rude! No manners at ALL! I bets he didn't even leave a tip....rude. Good job Pup tell him off like that! Your deck is safe with you three on the job!
